Baby Jacob

Seeing this is biker week for our wee country i thought this would be as good a time as any to showcase this little newborn shoot that was done a few weeks ago.  Chris and Connie are the proud parents of this little cutie and what a wee man this little one is.  Daddy Chris is a Graphic Designer so it was great getting some ideas and sound business advise for my own venture. [You can check out Chris's work at unitonline.co.uk] As you will see we had a few different ideas rather than a constant running theme for this shoot so i will not do too much talking and let the pictures speak for themselves.

Big thanks to ‘soon to be wee sis’ Jen and Uncle Jordan.  They wanted to do something special as a present for a the new mummy and daddy and I think its save to say they have achieved it!!  :)

The next shot was a bit of a joke between Mummy and Daddy.  I think at this point Connie would appreciate if i put a wee disclaimer up on her name as this was all daddy’s idea.  Chris and i thought it was hilarious and it has become commonly known as the ‘money shot’.  If im being honest it is my favorite shot from the entire session….im not sure if baby pics get any cuter than this! Haha.

Husky Puppies

Its been a while since i done a blog and i doubt i will have many more cuter blogs than this one.  I jumped at the chance to do this shoot of these Siberian Husky pups and after several visits Judith and I have decided to take one home with us as our first wee addition to the family….(ok it actually only took one visit to suck us in, lol)

Thank you Karen and Bryan for always making me feel welcome to visit the pups and for letting me take these pics.  I suspect we will look over these ones time and time again!! Cant wait to bring little Indi home.  :)

Joanne & Kyle Engagement

Ladies and Gentlemen…..Im so chuffed with this little session.  Not because im being big headed about my photography skills but because these two are one of the most genuine couples ive ever met.  They are so happy together that i couldn’t help but feel happy with them…it really was a joy to shoot.  Joanne is a friend from the good old days (back when i had hair!!) and was one i always had alot of respect for so when she got in contact with me to take some engagement photos for her and her fiancée i was over the moon.

Joanne and Kyle decided to get these photos done at Portglenone Forest and thankfully the weather was great for us.  I was also delighted with the wee added bonus of getting to take some shots outside a cool wee cottage on the way back to Joanne’s house!!

Thanks again to both of you guys…..it really was a fun day and im glad i was able to get you some nice pics.  Thanks especially for your hospitality at your home….somebody must have phoned ahead to let you know i LOVE cake!!  All the best for your big day guys, i predict it is going to be a gleeful one!!

Cunningham Butchers – Kilkeel

A New year brings new challenges so when i was given the opportunity to do this photo-shoot for a Butchers website i jumped at it.  It was a bit of a learning curve for me but in truth i really enjoyed it.  The guys at this butchers couldn’t have been any friendlier and id like to say a big thanks to all of them.  From the first phone call up until completion they were a pleasure to work with!!

Hope these pics do some justice for the great service and quality of product that this shop provides for their local customers.  Keep your eyes out for their new website.  I will add the link here once they have it all updated!!

Copas Technologies

Another wee website shoot and another great bit of experience gained.  This was a tricky one with testing artificial lighting conditions. Id be lying if i was to say i wasnt a little anxious on my journey to this session but im delighted i took it on and in the end really enjoyed it.  Big thanks to Sean and the guys.  Keep your eyes pealed for their new website, i will post the link here once it is ready!!
